dATP，dCTP，dGTP以及dTTP是我们常说的四种脱氧核苷酸，是合成DNA的原料，常用于PCR、real-time PCR、RT-PCR、cDNA或普通DNA合成、引物延伸反应、DNA测序、DNA标记等各种常规分子生物学反应。
而ATP，CTP，GTP，UTP则是四种核糖核苷酸，他们才是RNA合成的原料哦

碧云天生产的ATP，CTP，GTP及UTP是用Nuclease-free水配制，浓度为100mM，不含DNase和RNase，同时不含有phosphatase和蛋白酶，并含有1mM Tris，pH7.3-7.5，适用于常规的分子生物学和生物化学用途，例如用于SP6、T3和T7 RNA聚合酶等进行体外转录以产生RNA，或用于体外转录RNA，以及RNA的合成与扩增。
