UltraPure and mNGS grade dNTP

dNTP, i.e., Deoxy-ribonucleoside triphosphate, includes dATP (deoxyadenosine triphosphate), dCTP (deoxycytidine triphosphate), dGTP (deoxyguanosine triphosphate), dTTP (deoxythymidine triphosphate), dUTP (deoxyuridine triphosphate), etc. Among them, dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP are indispensable in the PCR reaction as raw materials. In the PCR extension session, they are combined with the template strand based on complementary pairing to synthesize a new DNA strand under the action of polymerase, so their quality and concentration are closely related to the amplification efficiency of the PCR reaction.

Beyotime dNTP (UltraPure, ≥99.8%) and dNTP (mNGS grade, ≥99.8%) are single-component or mixed solutions of ultrapure dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP, and dUTP, which are suitable for use in PCR, real-time PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA or DNA synthesis, primer extension reaction, DNA sequencing, DNA labelling, and other routine molecular biology reactions that require high-purity dNTP. dNTP (mNGS grade, ≥99.8%) is specifically designed for mNGS sequencing, highly amplified high-throughput sequencing, LAMP, multiplexing, and other PCR reactions that require high dNTP.

dNTP (UltraPure, ≥99.8%) is free of DNase, RNase, nickase, or protease.

dNTP (mNGS grade, ≥99.8%) does not contain DNase, RNase, phosphatase, nickase, or protease. It is also free from E. coli DNA, human genomic DNA, and mNGS background nucleic acid contamination.
