L-NMMA，即NG-Monomethyl-L-arginine,Monoacetate Salt，也称Nω-Me-L-Arg，或NG-Me-L-Arg, AcOH，是NOS(nitric oxide synthase)广普性抑制剂。对于nNOS，IC50＝650nM；对于eNOS，IC50＝700nM；对于iNOS，IC50＝3.9μM。
L-NMMA分子量248.3，分子式为C7H16N4O2·C2H4O2，纯度大于99%。
