    碧云天生产的免疫染色封闭液(Immunol Staining Blocking Buffer)可以用于免疫染色时切片或细胞样品的封闭。封闭后,可以减小后续的一抗或二抗和样品的非特异性结合,降低背景,增强信噪比。
    本免疫染色封闭液中含有适量Triton X-100,可以通透细胞膜。经本免疫染色封闭液处理的细胞样品可以检测细胞内的目的蛋白,包括细胞浆内和细胞核内的目的蛋白。

    按照每组样品封闭需要5-10毫升封闭液计算,一个包装的免疫染色封闭液可以封闭10-20组样品。

    通常在室温封闭60分钟即可。如果对于一些背景非常高的抗体,可以4℃封闭过夜。

使用说明

使用说明:
  对于切片或细胞样品,在固定后用免疫染色洗涤液洗涤一次(注:石蜡切片需先脱蜡)。然后就可以用免疫染色封闭液进行封闭。通常建议封闭60分钟。封闭时可以在摇床上缓慢摇动。如果样品在摇动时容易脱落,也可以直接放置在桌面上不进行任何摇动,效果会略差一些,但也可以满足常规的要求。完成封闭后就可以进行一抗孵育等后续操作。
