BeyoBlue™ Plus Coomassie Blue Super Fast Staining Solution (Instant Version) and BeyoBlue™ Plus Coomassie Blue Super Fast Staining Solution (Low Background) are Beyotime's latest innovations. These solutions use Coomassie Blue G250 dye for rapid (only 5 minutes) and low-background protein gel staining. They offer efficient and pollution-free staining with high sensitivity and low background. No de-staining is required, making them easy to use. They are ideal for SDS-PAGE or native PAGE protein gel staining and detecting residual proteins on gels after Western transfer. Key Features:
Rapid Staining and High Sensitivity: After electrophoresis, without additional steps, P0003 shows protein bands on 1.5mm thick gels within 20-30 seconds. In 5 minutes, as low as 10ng BSA are visible, and in 10 minutes, as low as 5ng BSA. P0004 reveals bands within 20-30 seconds and 10ng BSA within 10 minutes. Using P0017F, protein bands as low as 100ng are visible within 10 minutes, and target protein bands induced by expression can be clearly observed. Within 30 minutes, bands as low as 50ng are visible.
Good Stability: P0003 and P0004 maintain their staining effectiveness even after being placed in a 37℃ water bath for one week.
Non-toxic and Eco-friendly: Optimized from the environmentally friendly Coomassie Blue Fast Staining Solution (P0017), ensuring non-toxic and odorless staining with improved results.
