    SP600125也称Anthrapyrazolone或1,9-Pyrazoloanthrone,是一种常用的c-Jun N-terminal kinase
(JNK)的高选择性抑制剂。对于JNK1和JNK2的IC50为40nM,对于JNK3的IC50为90nM。对于JNK的选择性抑制比对于ERK1和p38-MAPK的抑制高300倍以上。在细胞中,SP600125可以显著抑制JNK介导的c-Jun磷酸化,抑制IL-2、IFN-γ、TNF-α和COX2等基因的表达。
    SP600125常用于JNK信号途径(JNK signaling pathway)的研究。
